It's 2018 and I'm 55 and running will keep me going I hope, I managed sub 21 for parkrun once last year but have lost form. I'll try to get that back this year. I've also targeted a race a month to give me some focus - some of those will be triathlons - just short ones you understand. Hopefully I can hold off any further decline for the year, and then I think that will be an achievement. I don't have any longer distance goals than half marathon - but maybe I can go sub 1:35 again if I train hard. I'll stick at the golf - though it's more for social than competition these days.
