About Me
I used to do a lot of running and managed decent times - sub 40mins for 10K & sub 90 mins for 1/2 Mar - but a bad football injury in 2001/2 put a stop to it. I've tried many times since to get back into running but have always seemed to lose enthusiasm after a few months. This time- as long as there are no more bad injuries - it will be different. I've set myself some goals that I've made known to friends - so I have to keep it up this time or face the shame of failure!
