Just completed my first marathon need to do some more training.
Just ruptured my Achilles Tendon(12/08/08) won't be running for a long long time!
12/12/2008 Still recovering from this. I can now walk ok and have been given the go ahead to swim and go to the gym using none weigh bearing equipment like the bike
Can't wait till i can run again!!!!
