41 yr old always carrying a bit too much timber. Had a frustrating year in 2011 with injuries etc which reduced me to poor quality running and a real lack of fitness. Turned a corner in recent months and now even thinking about another marathon this year to find the missing 26 seconds!! Watch this space.
