Am mature lady runner moved with my partner to The Lot valley South West France in April 2008. Stunning beautiful trail runs here. V V hot summers and V V cold winters! Too hot to do distance runs in Summer so am now building up my mileage. Up to 6 miles so far and running 4 times a week. Aiming for long run of 10/12 miles. Maybe just maybe enter a 1/2 marathon next spring. Have run 1/2 marathons in UK inc GNR sev times. Been running for 12 years with the occasional lapse!!
