About Me
I started running seriously back in '02 and gradually it has become a part of my life that I would not do without. It is a stress reliever, a balance to my sedentary work life and has allowed me to become more aware of my local area. I would say that it is a passion now and that I am driven by a desire to improve myself and my time (aided by my 305 virtual buddy!!) whenever I run.
