About Me
I started running on & off in 2002 but in only bits & drabs! It wasn't til dec 2007 that I got my derrier into gear & started running regularly after hearing i got a place in london marathon '08. I joined dunstable road runners club & the rest is history.
Ever since then running has become a big part of my life & I get so much out of it. I love it!!! I have not only made some great friends but also been able to watch myself steadily improve & set myself new goals each time. Its hard to know what I would do without running. I am addicted so I am. Onwards & upwards to more PB'S!
