Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

But our site costs money to operate, and I need to eat.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Here's a link to our donation info.

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I am fundraising for East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA)

I've been a jammy git and bagged one of the 'Richard Branson Super 100 team' places. I work for Virgin Media and we had the chance to enter for one of these 100 special places, starting from the Green start, with all his celeb mates. this comes at a price though, each of us has pledged to raise a minimum of £5,000. coming from North Norfolk, I'm really pleased that the EAAA has been chosen, along with Virgin Unite, the charitable arm of Virgin, helping those less fortunate than us. both charities share every I raise 50/50. link below has all the info, including the all important link to where you pledge the cash!

About Me

Despite being really, really good at smoking - I finally managed to quit the tabs 3 years ago, then walloped on the standard 2 stone weight gain. done a 10k as a charity job and got into running. I'm a bit on and off - and never train well enough - but just about stuggle through, normally! Now there's no limits and the mid life crisis beckons all challenges' - National 3 peaks, Yorkshire 3 peaks, London Triathlon, kayaking, karate - anything to take my mind of smoking and eating really! One day I hope to train regularly enough to really enjoy my running - I'm a bit too lazy for my own good!
