About Me
Despite being really, really good at smoking - I finally managed to quit the tabs 3 years ago, then walloped on the standard 2 stone weight gain. done a 10k as a charity job and got into running. I'm a bit on and off - and never train well enough - but just about stuggle through, normally! Now there's no limits and the mid life crisis beckons all challenges' - National 3 peaks, Yorkshire 3 peaks, London Triathlon, kayaking, karate - anything to take my mind of smoking and eating really! One day I hope to train regularly enough to really enjoy my running - I'm a bit too lazy for my own good!
