About Me

Have been overweight all my adult life. Waddled my way around FLM in 2007 in 5hrs 20 but since put on 20lbs. I now need to lose 40lbs. I am lucky enough to be married to Hayley B who is going to help me achieve my goal of reaching and keeping my target weight of 175lbs and to be able to run 5 miles easily in 40 minutes. Both of these targets are a long way off at the moment.
