I've been running now since 2007, and try to get out two or three times per week.
I do this mainly to keep the beer/food intake in check with fitness/weight.....I find this a happy balance.
I do enjoy getting out there in the fresh air, and love running in the countryside, canals and trails especially.
I'm never gonna set the world on fire, but feel I've reached a reasonable level, with a couple of half marathons under my belt, and a smattering of 10K's here and there.
