I have been running on and off since 1992 and still running for the enjoyment of it! Although now it helps to keep the flab from the body! I have competed in varying running events at various distances. The latest of which was the completing the marathon distance. That was the VLM in Apr 12.
Rehab finished and fitness test passed, so gradual training to get back to pounding the pavement.
