About Me

I started running after doing Edinburgh Moonwalk in 2007, having trained to walk for several hours I wondered if I could train to run for one hour (having been a completely non-sporty person before)

Now I've run loads of races, joined a running club, then changed to another, completed a sprint triathlon, finished two marathons, and done two Hellrunner in fancy dress with those nutters of PC the 700 miles thread.

Started cycling more when I was injured and now try and combine running and cycling.
