About Me

I've been running or jogging on and off all my life, but fairly continuously in the last 11 years. However I have no talent, chronic asthma, inefficient lungs, and dodgy calves so I am not even a keep fitter. For my calves/ achilles I've tried stretching, running style adjustments, cross training and physio to overcome the recurring injuries. They are stopping me get to a marathon start line. Mrs chunky says I run like a cart horse and suggests this is the problem......physio agrees.

Now more of a cyclist 4,000 miles per year...

Hoping to get to 2 x 30 mins, 1 x 60 mins runs per week, and 4 races a year
