About Me
I generally detest running but have a sick compulsion to keep at it in order to break previous records and become fitter. However, in my opinion, fitness is not just about endurance - it is about a decent combination of endurance, strength and flexibility, amongst other things. Having achieved a sub-20 5k on the treadmill, I now need to translate the performance to the great outdoors. I'm also making decent progress towards the 400lb squats and deadlifts too. One day, I shall have the moon on a stick.
