About Me

I have been running properly since December 07, I started running to lose and maintain a healthy weight, because not that many years ago I weight 24 stone, but have lost close to 10 stone.
Since I started running, I got addicted, and now do it because I just love running!!!.
I hope to continue to improve and be the best I can be.
