Doing an IronMan. Gotta be done sometime, once I've learned to swim properly & persuaded OH it is a good idea (which will be never)

About Me
Started running in 2005 when away from home for work. Hated running when younger, despite 6 years in the Army. Got ballot place for VLM 2010 and finally did Sub 4hrs. Found cycling in 2011. H4H Dawn Raid 100M done 2014. Went tri-sexual in 2019
2015 Hit PB's at all distances up to HM
Took the rest of the year off largely
2016 1000 miles target, some road racing, but also lots of off road/ traily stuff and some cycling. In fact lots. Did some serious hills on the bike in Mallorca and somehow ended up the year entering a marathon at Beachy. Not really planned at all.
2017: 3 HM's, Bramley 20 and VLM. Busy old spring. Chuffed to bits with 3:33:50 at VLM. There is still life in the old dog. Endure 24 as a pair with FM. 60 miles each.
2018: Lots of off road. XC's, Grizzly AKA Polar in the snow. Cheeky HM PB @ Fleet E24 yet again, this time in a 4. 5 x HM's this year HDS - Paras 10 style, fully loaded. Quite a lot of pacing of others too.
2019: Bramley 10, Proper Grizzly, Newbury Duathlon
