About Me
I have ran on and off for years. Returned to the world of running in 2008.
2009 : got sub 45 for 10k. Broke leg, few months off.
2011 : 1.40 in half marathon. Aim : sub 1.40 (achieved)
2012 : just keep training whilst going through treatment.
2013 : is the year of PBs, watch this space ..........PB at 5k, 10k and 10 mile.
2014 : get more miles in the bag. Run with the Queens Baton around Scotland
2015: year of the marathon.
2016: PB year. 5k, 10k, 10 mile, half mara and marathon!
2017: injury year. 5 months of annoying injury. Now on way back with 5k PB in September
