Started running for personal reasons which I have yet to tell anyone in 2 years but I also wanted to keep fit & Loose weight.
I was touching 15 stone 2lbs and got down to 12.08 LBS but I'm now around 13.5 lbs. I really want to get to 12 stone! but I'm afraid there is one person in my house who does not encourage me and that would be the f-in fridge!
I have now completed my first full season with my running club "Stadium Runners" and I can honestly say I am very proud of what I have achieved and hoping I can go onto improve.
Well I needed that little something extra for 2009 - Something I can aim for and step up a gear! So I entered the Edinburgh Marathon and I want to break the 4hr barrier.
Update: I have now won a place with FLM via my running club. So after setting myself a goal of doing a marathon I'm now going to run 2.
