Used to be a sprint hurdler so this long distance malarkey is extremely hard.
Began running after a ten year absence two years ago when challenged to a Race for Life 5k which I completed in 32 minutes. In 2007, managed to reduce this to 26.12. Looking forward to doing some races in sunny conditions this year after last years washout summer. Happy Running everyone. |
