A keen orienteer who was dragged into this dirty but enjoyable sport by my (then) 10 year old. Before I started I though all orienteers were nutters with skinny legs. Now I know that only some of them are.
I'll probably never run a marathon race but will probably do the distance on my own in the hills, having a clear preference for running alone or in small groups.
Active in Manchester and District Orienteering Club on the organising/promotional side of things.
