About Me | |
---|---|
Started running in the gym 2nd half of 2003, first race December 2003, joined Portsmouth Joggers in November 2004. Managed to maintain steady progress across the whole range of distances since that first race. Ran Toronto Waterfront Marathon , 2007 and FLM 08.
2009 thru to May 2013 have been disrupted totally by injury and illness. In May 2013 had a lactate threshold test and now training by HR with the target of getting back to 72%+ age grading by Sept 2014. Show More...
