About Me
I always enjoyed running at school and was quite good then. I've run on and off since then, including the London Marathon twice. I started to take it more seriously a few years ago and joined a club and my form has improved.

2008: 4 PBs (5mi, 10k, 15mi, marathon), 2 new distances (3.6mi, 7k)
