Need to lose some weight ... desperatly and as one of my brothers, one of my sisters and my brother in law all run marathons and use this site I thought I would start running to lose weight. I have to start short distances so dont think i am a wimp please(I probably am but gona give it my best shot) I already use the gym but am aware that does not lose the pounds like running outside does. I ran the race for life 5k in 32 mins so am pleased with doing that. But now for some serious get out there and do it stuff..... so today I have got out of bed and ran for 1.5 miles... not much I know but heyyyy its a start. !!!
