STATUS Despite Covid, I have actually increased my exercise running more than I have in the last 2 years. I workout at least twice a week, run twice a week and walk regualarly. Even been cycling once a week up until the cold weather arrived in October! Weight

About Me
Started running in 2007 starting with a Cancer Research 10k, went on from there entering more races and totally fell in love with running. Unbelievably since 2007 I have completed about 12 10kms, 7 half marathons and 2 marathons as well as lots of others.

Running has made me a stronger, fitter and more balanced person. It's helped me deal with the things life has thrown at me and I've also made a few good friends along the way, :-)
