I ran between 1986-87 with a best 10K of 39 mins 24 secs
and 1/2 marathon of 1hr 31 minutes.
I started running again in August 2007 aged 46.
UPDATE.17-04-09. I haven't improved as I had hoped. I feel fitter and stronger so I hope to see an improvement in my performances in 2009.
UPDATE. 19-01-10. Unfortunately 2009 did not go to plan. I'd hoped to improve but due to one reason or another I didn't.
I hope to become a better runner and improve my pb's during 2010.
UPDATE. 21-02-2011. I ran consistently in 2010, I improved physically but my times did not significantly improve. I have altered my training so hopefully I will achieve my goals.
UPDATE. 09-07-2012. I started running today after a gap of 25 weeks due to an achilles injury, I intend to ease myself back in gradually
UPDATE. 23-07-2015. Started to run again with the aim of completing a sprint triathlon at the end of September.
