I thought i didn't enjoy running as exercise, but started to run in 2007, and i find i actually like it! I have done 10kms, half marathons, a killer mile (Mowcop) and fellruns up to 20 miles so far...
I thought that i would just ran to get fit for canoeing, but now i get fit for competition in running, and canoe for fun.
I have also got involved in orienteering, through running.
