About Me
I started running at the beginning of 2007 as a way of giving up the dreaded weed(it worked) and also working away during the week I was putting on to much weight staying in hotels. Started on the treadmill doing a walk/run programme and then moved on to running outdoors. Never got to race last year as forced to stop running due to illness (frustrating winter), I had an operation at the end of April and started running again in June 2008 and I LOVE IT! Show More...
