About Me

After recovering from longstanding injuries have begun running again, although not far and not often!

I walk more than I run and have completed 4 long distance paths, Dales Way, West Highland Way, Cleveland Way and The Coast to Coast.

I swim once a week and work out twice a week with a personal trainer which is slowly but steadily improving my strength and core.
