About Me
I started running in 2005 with the dream of being able to run a 5k one day. Then in 2006 I ran my first marathon in Paris and absolutely loved the athmosphere! Long distances make me happy, simple and true! I very much want to run more marathons and ultras as well, when family committments allow me. So far I have ran 12 marathons and 1 ultra (Faversham 6 hrs, 32 miles). I am so enthusiastic about the benefits of running that my husband, my mum and my brother (ran his first half marathon in 2010 in 1h41, I am in awe!) started running as a result. My 10 years old daughter has also ran a few fun runs, up to 5k with me, my husband and even our dog!
Current Status
Trying to run more often and hopefully a little bit faster. My holly grail is a full marathon in 4hrs
