About Me

After a rather nasty ankle sprain I am suffering with a hurty knee when I run :(

Having to try and build up running again as can only struggle through an hour at the mo. It's been a bit of a shock but I am now embracing it and whilst re-habbing both the sprain itself and the resulting hurty knee I am uping the cross-training to stay CV fit and build up runs slowly.

B*gger!! Never mind. I am sure it will all sort itself out eventually it just seems like forever....

Current Status

is taking ankle re-hab seriously although it is very frustrating
