About Me
Oct 2011 - I have been running on a regular basis for 4 years now. It began when I entered the Robin Hood Half in 2007. Following that race I vowed that I would never run that sort of distance again, after all I had only started running to lose a bit of weight.

Dozens of races and thousands of miles on, I now run because I want to run and I enjoy it. Something I could not even imagine saying after that first 13.1 miles! Not only that but my lifestyle and diet has improved and I feel much better generally.

This year I, so far, I have bagged PBs in the marathon, 5k and 10k. Next up is the Robin Hood Half in Sept 2012
