What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
Not getting ill with mental illness and being in some sort of control. Not having a flare up of gout and keeping out of the way of negativity and stupidity.

What's your favourite thing about Fetcheveryone?
I have used it for many years on and off and it is friendly. I am not used to friendliness and it makes me happy. Happiness is good right? I just want happiness and people to be happy.

How do you pick yourself up when you need to?
I either read or listen to music. But I want to get back into my running as that will pick me up and give me a sense of euphoria and achievement. It's me regaining my life.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
My best bit of advice is for those getting older, like myself. It is a quote by Bernard Shaw in which he says " we don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing". So I swap out the word playing for running.
