Been running more seriously since 2006 just dabbled occasionally prior to that. My first race was the Derby 10k in May 2006.
My ambition is to run Badwater but I think that is a few years off... Furthest I've ran so far is 52.4 miles in the Kent 50 Mile Challenge in 2009. I average around 70mpw at the moment usually doing between 50 and 100 miles a week. I really must update my races / events etc..... |
