About Me
Was a good club runner in my teens running middle distance races and representing my county over 1500m a few times. Then in my early 20's was lured away by the big city lights along with beer, curries and girls! By the time I was 28 I was 18 stone 10 pounds, smoking, drinking and had 2 kids! Decided to take action so k
joined a gym went on a diet and lost 5 stone over the next year. Then made up my mind to take up running again and use the london marathon as my focus to make sure I never ended up like that again. Now have two FLM's behind me and a good few half marathons.
