About Me
Once in the dim and distant past I was a sub 70 half marathoner, 3:46 min 1500m, 14:14 5ker, 30:06 10km.. but times have changed. I am older, a dad, and generally more of a man than I used to be (i.e fatter). But here is where my new life starts, after a 7 year absence from running I am back!!! I have had my rest, I feel re juvenated and energised and am ready to see if there is any talent left in this old lump yet. At time of writing, 33 years old, 180 pounds and two weeks training of 10 miles per week. Decided to jump in at the deep end and enter a race last week (mallory park 5k) where i suprised myself by managing a 17:42. Theres life in the old dog yet.....
