I have been running regularly since May 2009. I focus my training towards 10k-HM although i like competing in other events as well. HM is probably my strongest event. Have gradually been building my mileage over the last year, currently doing between 50 and 80mpw depending on life in general and fitness.
Have been hooked on the HADD approach to distance running which i think is a brilliant approach towards long-term success. I also think that that type oftraining suits me very well.
Ifound this website when i lived in the UK (2003-2008) started running 2007 and did a HM in bedford (1.47). That was real hard work and i lost interest in running and my degree took most of my time. But after i moved to sweden i tried it again and this time i stuck to it.

Would love to break 80 minutes in HM. sub 35min for 10k would also be a great milestone but probably not this year.
