Starting with a technical climb or a tricky bit of trail, until you reach somewhere otherwise inaccessible where the view opens up in front and it is ask worth it.. Then of course it's a blast back down to the start!

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Start simple, short and slow. Run/ride/swim for the sheer enjoyment of the great outdoors and the rest will come.
