Official time 2:22:59 - PB!
Didn't stop my watch at the end of the race LOL
Decided to just run how I felt ie not stick to a perscriptive pace - felt good all the way round. Could def have run a few more miles - but not as much emergy as Little Legs who sais she could have run a full marathon!!
Quick lesson for me today - drink more. I didn't carry any fluids and relied on drinks station, forgetting they would be "cups" which are quite difficult to drink form on the move.......luckily was handed a bottle at the ha;f way mark. Felt a bit lightheaded at times.........
Some great debuts from WJ today. Thanks to Gingerwand for joining me for the last home stretch - a nice warm down pace for him

Wow, super speedy. Excellent running CK, trick with cups is to pinch the top to make a spout and drink from that whilst running! Well on track for marathon - good running
