Dechmont 10k. Usually my favourite 10k, not today
Been a bit tired all week, and a large case of the cba yesterday but hey ho, hoped I'd feel like it today. Found it much harder than a remember, too many hills and too much mud for my liking, got a stitch with 2k to go after a particularly undulating grass section (seems to always bring on a stitch), thought I was going to have to stop, but managed on and finished with a pb, but it isn't one of those woohoo pbs it was more like why the feck did that feel so hard when I've actually ran a long 10k at a faster pace than that
Oh no does that mean the price of my changed name is I only like road running
Anyway, job done.

Well done - a PB on a trail 10k is excellent! And even though it felt hard you stuck in there and got the result Should be on for a faster road 10k?
Get back on the roads you. You know where it's at now!!
Sound like a tough course, well done on getting through it,and a pb too.
now that you prefer roads the next step will be track sessions as favourites. pb on trail is superb welldone for sticking at it
