Battle of Sedgemoor 10k in Langport. Had a good run with no back/knee or foot pains (not expecting to be able to race sans training!) enjoyable morning with pretty even effort for distance. Jon was pleased with his running having had 3 weeks non running prior with bad back. Met quite a few Fetchies post run
