BRAC 5k series #3, chasing PB from last month of 27:31 - Damn, missed by 10 secs.
Warm evening, niggly knee, felt sick all round, but the 8:40 ish pace seems to be more comfortable each time I do it so that's a good sign. Shoelace came undone just outside the pavilion at end of 1st lap - which was within mile 2 so can't understand why it's mile 3 that was the slow one, although I did consciously slow down in mile 3, so I guess that's it. Love reading the pace Garmin reckons I did the last 0.12 - 6:53/m - in my dreams!!!
