Stirling 10k. Been feeling tired all week but decided to try and run at pb pace otherwise no point even turning up as its a fairly bland course. could only manage 2 miles then had to slow down. all a bit disappointing though overall time reflects recent parkrun times. have never felt right since the tour of clydeside with the exception being the great run local. looks like that was just a good day rather than everything else being bad. will keep doing parkruns and training as i enjoy it but it may be ive already got my pbs for this year.
