Notes & Comments

Bloody hard - my worst marathon to date I believe - serious issues: - I started out too fast trying to keep up with the lead group (and I had set up my Garmin incorrectly) - Felt very dehydrated, especially as it was very warm. I need to work on my pre-race hydration strategy - Possibly need to revisit my pre-race fuelling strategy as well. I blew up on the last three laps - really hitting the wall this time... think that lack of proper decent sleep and my reoccurring eye infection probably didn't help matters.
