Abandoned marathon attempt at 19mi just over a week ago. Temp inserts to fix some OP in left foot, but hoping to build on base fitness and go sub-1:30 again. 22nd May
Training volume hasn't been too great longest run in last 4 weeks has only been ten miles. This week it's mostly been speed work with a 19:24 5k and a 39:45 10k. I reckon I'm good for sub 1:30. 4th Oct
