Oakley 20.

Blustery day today, and struggled a bit on the exposed sections. Started off okay at 7mm pace, but couldn't hold it once the hills and wind started to bite.

Would have liked to have been a bit quicker, but can't really complain, given lack of speed endurance work and rubbish week at proper work (meaning not much sleep). Just a hint of asthma creeping in at about 15 miles, which was odd. And a little bit of addominal discomfort.

On the plus side, nothing hurt too much, I didn't walk, and I felt like I had a fair bit left at the end.

Big thanks to Rosehip for the lift - and glad that she had a storming run :-)

Great run Ed - I'm not sure I could do one 10-miler in 72mins at the moment, let alone two back-to-back!
