Forest of Dean HM - pleasantly up and down(!). Took it gently (was able to jaw all the way round). Feet, ankles, and calves haven't thanked me for the extra time on my feet. Very wet and muddly underfoot. Time here is Garmin time - problems with chips mean that time posted on race page results are gun to chip. That time is 2:51:00 - will put that down on the race portfolio.
