13.1m St. Neots Riverside 1/2M Didn't stop watch on line (1:17:28) Not what I was expecting at all, but tucked in with a group running just under 6's and thought I'd stick with it as long as poss...as a training run... By 10 miles I realised my V45 club record was in sight and was able to make most of the downhill finish to better it by a second.
Really encouraged to see how I could race after a reasonable week.

I was giving myself excuses - would like to do more races without the pressure to run times. Bit of a reaction though, Glutes sore so am assembling the turbo for some cross training.
