Notes & Comments

Little to no training up to this years GSR due to a bad knee injury, in fact I've ran / walked only 34 miles in the last 5 months, 20 of which was only done last week. Intended on 9 minute miles but hung around 8:40. Felt strong all the way and still had some in the tank at the finish. Far from a PB but probably my most sensible race pacing ever....I should learn from it ....but I probably won't. Please take note of my rather professional splits!
