You are a machine at those sub 3hr marathons- I am in awe !
You sure came out of the traps on fire, that's a pretty impressive 10 mile time!!! And you still come in under 3 hrs, 2:4x:xx at Vienna I recon!!
I've done slower 10 mile races than those first 10! Got rather carried away tbh- the support was so good. Still, pretty happy with holding it together for that long although the garmin failure hides the fact that the last 4 must have been an average of somewhere between 8 and 8.5minute miling. I think it was my head that got me there and my body isn't too happy about it today. Aching like I haven't ached for a long time.

I run similar mileage but my marathon time is 45 minutes slower. Guess it's the cycling/swimming cross training that makes a lot of difference? Fantastic marathon!
