Notes & Comments

Cardiff Half Marathon, still a tough race but dont think I was on form today. Wasnt really looking forward to the race and it was tough from the start. Very busy and difficult with the crowds of runners in the wrong place, had to do much weaving which does tire you out. Very slow start and I paid for it as the race went on. In saying all that I was happy with the eventual outcome considering what I had to contend with!!!!
